Reservations and stay
What is the minimum and maximum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 months and the maximum is 12 months .
How is the reservation formalized?
To reserve, it is necessary to pay the first month and a deposit equivalent to one month's rent .
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. It is returned at the end of the stay, once the keys have been handed over and it has been verified that everything is in good condition.
Can the deposit be used to pay for the last month?
Yes, but you must consult with the administration beforehand and obtain their authorization.
What happens if I cancel the reservation?
The first month is non-refundable , but the deposit is refundable .
How much notice do I need to give if I want to leave the accommodation?
It is necessary to give one month's notice .
Requirements
Who can stay at Lerle Petit Palace?
People over 18 years of age who come to Madrid for studies, Erasmus, training, courses or professional reasons .
What documents do I need to submit?
Documentation will be requested that proves the reason for the stay, such as enrollment, student card, study plan, registration in a course or equivalent documentation.
Is it mandatory to provide a guarantor?
Yes. Parental consent is required to formalize the stay.
Services included
What's included in the monthly fee?
Includes basic continental breakfast, Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, daily cleaning, sheets and towels, a private refrigerator with free water and access to common areas.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Basic continental breakfast is included and is served from 8:00 to 11:00 .
Can I ask them to prepare breakfast for me?
Yes. The prepared breakfast costs €5 .
Do the rooms have a refrigerator?
Yes. All rooms have a private refrigerator with free water and refills as needed.
Is there daily cleaning?
Yes. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day.
How often are the sheets and towels changed?
The usual renewal is weekly.
Meals and laundry
Can lunches and dinners be arranged?
Yes. They cost €10 per person per dish .
How are meals arranged?
They can be contracted through weekly, bi-weekly or monthly packages.
What are the dinner hours?
Dinner is served upon request between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm .
Is there a laundry service?
Yes. The full wash and dry service costs €5 .
Can I request an additional cleaning?
Yes. Extra cleaning costs €30 .
Rooms and common areas
Do all rooms have a private bathroom?
No. Some rooms have a private bathroom and others share a bathroom with their corresponding area.
Can I use the kitchens and living rooms?
Yes. All residents can freely use the common areas.
Are the kitchens equipped?
Yes. They have a microwave, utensils, cookware and the necessary equipment for cooking.
Does each room have its own key?
Yes. All rooms have an individual lock and physical key.
Rules of coexistence
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties are not allowed inside the accommodation.
What are the break times?
The break time is from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM .
Are visitors allowed?
Yes, visits are allowed, but they cannot stay overnight .
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas: the kitchen and by the window .

What are the check-in times?
Check-in is from 12:00 to 17:00 h .
What are the check-out times?
Check-out is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM .
