Return Policy

At LER & LE PETY PALACE GRAN VIA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, you can exercise your right of withdrawal or return in accordance with the conditions described below.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current consumer protection legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason and without penalty. To exercise this right, you must notify us unequivocally before the deadline, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.

2. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions: • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its tags. • It must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging that guarantees its protection during transport. • It must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for personalized products, hygiene items whose seal has been broken, or products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.

3. Return process

We will send you return instructions and the shipping address. 3. Pack the product securely and include your proof of purchase. 4. Send the package to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

4. Refund

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the product is damaged or does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally.

5. Defective products or shipping errors

If you receive a defective product, one damaged during transport, or one that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
